Consultation for Health & Wellness Exam
Purpose A comprehensive consultation to evaluate current health status, identify risk factors, perform targeted screenings, and develop an individualized plan that integrates preventive medicine, lifestyle optimization, and tailored anti-aging therapies.
What the Consultation Includes:
Medical History and Risk Review
Detailed review of past medical and surgical history
Current medications, supplements, and allergies
Family history of chronic disease (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, neurodegenerative disease)
Menstrual, menopause, or andropause history as applicable
Sleep patterns, mental health, stressors, and substance use
Functional concerns: energy, cognition, sexual health, pain, mobility
Comprehensive Physical Examination
Height, weight, BMI, waist circumference, and body composition assessment when indicated
Head-to-toe exam with emphasis on cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, endocrine, and musculoskeletal systems
Skin and hair assessment relevant to aesthetic/aging concern
Health Assessment and Screening
Laboratory evaluation tailored to age, sex, risk factors, and goals. Typical panels may include:
Comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, CBC
Thyroid function tests (TSH, free T4, free T3 if indicated)
HbA1c and fasting glucose or oral glucose tolerance as indicated
Sex hormones: testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA-S, SHBG when relevant
Vitamin D, B12, folate, iron studies
Inflammatory markers: hs-CRP, homocysteine if appropriate
Hormone-binding and metabolic markers as clinically indicated
Bone health: DEXA scan referral for at-risk patients
Sexual health and fertility assessments when applicable
