Daphne Conde RNFA, ACNP-BC, ONP-C is a Double Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience managing Neurosurgery, Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery patients, for the last 3 years preparing to build a practice that encompasses a full body approach to Medical Aesthetics, improving your overall health, movement and beauty concerns. Daphne completed her Nursing Education in 2004 with an Associates in Nursing from SUNY Rockland Community College, while working as a Registered Nurse at Jersey City Medical Center Emergency Department she continued her studies and achieved an Accelerated Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Felician University and eventually, Masters of Science- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University. After working as a Nurse Practitioner for a few years again continued her education and completed a Post-Masters Certificate at Duke University in Orthopedic Surgery.

Daphne is passionate about providing exceptional care, continued learning and building a practice in Aesthetic Medicine that can carry Preventative Functional Medicine into the future. In addition to her career, Daphne can be found on the sidelines cheering for her two boys, or poolside screening “pull” as they swim competitively- or home with her 2 GSDs cleaning hair off the furniture!

Kayla Damone RN, FNP-C is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine with 8 years experience as a bedside Nurse in Trauma Nursing, Neurosurgery Nursing, Orthopedic Nursing and Emergency Nursing. Kayla graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Florida Southern College. Knowing she was interested in pursuing medicine, she felt she could help more people on a personal level as a nurse. Kayla graduated from an accelerated BSN program at Mount Saint Mary’s College. Realizing she wanted more independence to have a greater impact on her patients she continued her education and completed her Masters of Science in Nursing - Family Medicine at Mount Saint Mary’s College in 2025.

Kayla is passionate about helping others and has a keen dedication to developing care that allows people to feel their best. In addition to her career, she spends time with her 3 beautiful children and husband. She is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow and cares deeply about her impact on others.
