Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Appointment Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be disclosed at the time of booking and applied to the final service cost at the time of the appointment.
Deposits are required for first-time clients, appointments over a specified value, or as otherwise noted during booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
To cancel or reschedule, contact the clinic by phone or email; the method of contact will be specified on your appointment confirmation.
Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice)
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the appointment deposit.
In addition to forfeiting the deposit, clients who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend (no-show) may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service at the discretion of Discretion Aesthetics and Wellness Center.
No-Shows
A no-show (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur an additional fee up to the full service price, the credit card on file will be charged the applicable fees.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment of future appointments and may result in refusal of service.
Collections for Unpaid Charges
Outstanding balances for late cancellations, no-shows, or fees not paid at the time of service may be referred to a collections agency if not paid within 30 days of invoice.
If an account is sent to collections, the client will be responsible for the outstanding balance plus any collection costs, legal fees, and interest permitted by law.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law or at the sole discretion of Discretion Aesthetics and Wellness Center.
Refunds for services provided will be handled according to the clinic’s service refund policy.
Exceptions
Emergency situations or extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested, and any accommodation is at the sole discretion of Discretion Aesthetics and Wellness Center.
Acknowledgment
By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Deposit Policy.
Effective Date
This policy is effective as of January 17, 2026.
